- Price comparisons across multiple marketplaces

- Scan history and saved collections
3. Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate item identification and pricing information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of our estimates. Price estimates are based on historical sales data and market trends, and actual sale prices may vary. The App should be used as a guide, not as definitive valuation.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the App
- Not use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive activities

5. Subscription and Payments
Some features require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies.

7. User Content
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services. We will not share your content with third parties for advertising purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrift AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrift AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
